OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL PROCESSOR ROLE :
- Process biweekly payroll for over 400 employees
- Payroll Processor processes payroll using ADP
- Ensure employee data changes are entered correctly
- Review approved timesheets for accuracy
- Payroll Processor prepares various payroll reports
- Assist with year end payroll reports
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL PROCESSOR ROLE :
- Prior experience with high volume payroll
- Payroll Processor needs to be proficient in Excel is a must, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple payrolls
